The Earned Incentive Program is yet another way that Forever Living rewards distributors for their efforts to build solid businesses. This incentive provides extra cash payments each month that can be used any way you choose. Many distributors use it to purchase a new home; some use it to buy a new car or other form of transportation; others choose to pay for their children’s college education. Any Manager can participate in this exciting program. Here’s how:

The total case credits

The qualification is based on your total case credits. These include your personal, new distributor and non-manager case credits, plus the factored (or leadership) case credits from any manager lines you may have. For example, let’s suppose that you and your non-manager group do 100cc during the month. In the same month, let’s suppose you have a 1st, a 2nd and a 3rd generation manager who each do 100cc with their groups. You would receive credit for all of your group’s cases, plus 40% of your 1st generation, 20% of your 2nd generation, and 10% of your 3rd generation managers’ group cases; giving you a total of 170 case credits to count toward your earned incentive qualification.

3 levels of earned incentive

The Earned Incentive has three separate levels, and each requires three consecutive months to achieve. You can work to achieve level one by generating a total of 50cc during the first month, 100cc in the second month, and 150cc during the third. Or, you can qualify for Level two by doing 75, 150, and 225cc. Or, to obtain the maximum benefit from the Incentive, you can build your group to achieve Level three with 100, 200, and 300cc. Upon qualifying, each month for 36 months you can receive a cash payment of up to $400 for Level one, $600 for Level two, or $800 for Level three. The amount of your payment is determined by multiplying your total case credits by $2.66.

Qualify for higher level

If you have 5 Active 1st-generation Recognized Managers during the month you will receive extra case credits to count for your Earned Incentive payment. Depending on which level of the Incentive you are in, you will receive an additional 40, 50, or 60 case credits for every 5 Active 1st-generation Recognized Managers in your group. For example, if you were in Level one and had total case credits of 100 for the month, and had 5 Active 1st-generation Recognized Managers, you would receive an additional 40cc added to your total for the purpose of determining your Earned Incentive payment. It is important to remember that these additional case credits count only for this Incentive and not for any other bonus or program in the marketing plan.

As soon as you have qualified for a Level, you can automatically move into a higher level as soon as those requirements are met during any 3-consecutive months, even if the case credits had already been used to qualify for another Level. For example, let’s suppose that you did 50cc in January, 100cc in February, and 150 in March to qualify for Level one. If you were to do 225cc in April, you would automatically move into Level two and start a new 36-month payment period. If you continued to grow and did 300cc in May, you would be advanced to Level three.

Re- Qualify
As you approach the end of the 36-month payment period, you can re-qualify for another 36 months by meeting the 3-consecutive month criteria sometime within the last six months of your Incentive. For example, if your Incentive period was scheduled to end with the month of June, you could re-qualify during any 3-consecutive months January thru June, and your new 36-month payment period would begin in July.
