countries for the following awards:
a) 1,000 Case Credits - Three night’s lodging and
two Rally wristbands
b) 750 Case Credits - One night’s lodging and two
Rally wristbands
c) 500 Case Credits - Two Rally wristbands
d) 250 Case Credits - One Rally wristban
